Mark Backler, founder and creative director at Sketchbook Games, will be talking about the journey of developing his studio’s debut title, Lost Words: Beyond the Page, which is an atmospheric platform puzzler set inside a diary and featuring a story by renowned games writer Rhianna Pratchett.

The game started as a Ludum Dare game jam game in 2013 and has since won over a dozen awards.

He will be taking any questions you might have and will be talking about the process of prototyping, raising finance, running a studio and marketing your game.
