As a 20 year industry vet and member of the LGBTQ+ community AND having had MANY animation contracts I have a very good understanding of what the interview process really entails, and I’ve had success gettin IN time after time, I’m often involved in my company’s interview process as a silent observer, I will go over my experience in this matter… then throw it open for a Q and A session at the end. FIERCE!!

OUTCOMES
To give anyone attending, particularly but not exclusively limited to artists (and with special care to the BAME, LGBTQ+ and female communities) the basic tools and confidence so that interviews don”t have to a trial by fire- KICK nerves to the KERB, let’s use your interview energy to show your fantastic work and the REAL YOU!!!
